3D printing

design and printing

3D-nano

printing of items

3D printing, i.e. 3D printing, is the process of producing three-dimensional objects, previously designed in the form of a computer model.

At 3D-nano, we use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printing technology, in which the creation of a model consists in applying layers of molten material from which a 3D print is created. This approach to creating objects is opposite to traditional machining where material is selectively removed. In the company, we use professional printers with a positioning accuracy in the “z” axis of 5 micrometers and allowing us to print elements with dimensions of 305 x 205 x 210 mm. We use 3D printing in the company mainly in the function of rapid prototyping, but it is perfect for the production of short series of products as well as the production of utility elements.
