3D printing

The so called 3D printing allows for three dimensional and direct reproduction of digitally designed objects.

At 3d-nano we utilise the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, where the printed model is created by gradual layering of melted material thus forming its 3-dimensional shape. Contrary to machining, 3D printing technology approach means the creation of the actual object, rather than just carving its shape out by a selective material-removal process. We use professional printers capable of achieving 5 micrometer positioning precision and object dimension range of 305 x 205 x 210 mm. 3D printing is an ideal solution for rapid prototyping, however we also utilise its features for a short-run fabrication and regular use items.
